Why You Need to STOP What You’re Doing and Try Self Care

This week I picked meditation back up and I’m not about to put it back down.

I have started to realize how easy it was to get so busy you find yourself pulled in a million directions......feeling insanely burnt out.

I’ve started to make small shifts like saying no, eating a little better, taking time for myself, leaning into my faith.

It’s amazing how quickly you can feel better when you prioritize your self care over everything else.

You end up being more present and actually doing more because you slow down and work smart. What do you do for self care? I’m looking for more ideas! ❤️
