3 Tips to Get Your Bikini Body READY

BABES! Okay is it just me or did summer come up REAL quick ??? Well, I know we all stress about having our bikini bodies ready to show off at the beach, on vacation (lucky you) or at the pool. I am usually one for (bad) habits…aka I eat Chick-Fil-A once a day and then try to throw in something green (a green cupcake LOL). I hear balance is key 😉 But I have truly been trying to add healthier habits into my lifestyle to feel confident for summer!

I have been trying to ACTUALLY enjoy green things recently to feel better, look better, and do better. I want to share my 3 tips that you can incorporate into your lifestyle as well!

NUMBER 1: Suja cold pressed juices have literally CHANGED MY LIFE. I am not a health expert… obvi, but I feel all the difference in my body when I drink these juices (embarrassed to say I am constantly caught drinking a Suja Juice), PLUS all of the flavors are so yummy. Almost better than that green cupcake!!! 

NUMBER 2: YOGA. After/Before/During drinking my Suja, lol, I have really been enjoying yoga classes. If I can’t make it to a class, I will take a few minutes out of my day to do some yoga stretches and exercises in my own space. You may not think this will get your body bikini ready, but it literally  stretches elongates the body while relaxing your mind, making it easier to love yourself NO MATTER WHAT.

 

NUMBER 3: Water! I have never been good at this…ugh. BUT I have always been told how important drinking water is, blah blah BLAH. I know how annoying it is to hear but now that I have been feeling more motivated to living a healthier lifestyle, water has been replacing my typical large coca-cola order. It really is perfect, once I have a glass of water, I drink my Suja juice or Kombucha, then another glass of water, Suja…repeat! You get it 🙂
