Top Three Travel Tips
Summer is a season filled with much-needed vacations and mini weekend getaways. As someone who is ALWAYS on the go, I want to give you my best travel tips so that you can enjoy your relaxation and adventures without any added travel stress!
1) Use a travel planner!
Using a planner for organization, like this adorable travel planner from Travel Org, is the number one way to make traveling easier. You can keep your credit cards, ID, passport, travel information, and plans all in one place! It’s the perfect size to keep in a purse or tote and it will definitely decrease your stress so that you can enjoy your trip! This 100% leather planner has truly changed the way I travel!
Plus, the organizer comes in tons of fabulous colors with several options for the fun little puffs!
2) Pack light!
Over-packing is ALWAYS super stressful. Pick out exactly what you’ll need for each outfit that you’ll wear on your trip. Then, try to consolidate it the best you can! For a one week trip you definitely won’t need fifteen pairs of nude heels. 😉 Take, at most, one or two extra outfits. You can save yourself the trouble of paying for an overweight bag as well!
Although it might feel constricting not to have your whole wardrobe with you, you will love not lugging around pounds of stuff you won’t even use on your trip. Plus, it makes it easier to figure out what to wear when you’ve reached your destination if you aren’t digging through piles of random clothes.
3) Pack your swim suit right!
The ALOHA Collection is a line of splash-proof bags that are built for stowing damp bikinis or sweaty workout gear. These are perfect for beach days or to pack in, especially for tropical destinations! They also come in tons of super cute prints so you can totally coordinate your bag to your fave bikini!
Bonus: 5% of the proceeds of the ALOHA Collection go to the Hawaii Conservation Organization to keep Hawaii clean and fabulous!
