Three Tips to Giving Your Space a Makeover
If you are looking for ways to brighten up your life, definitely start with your decor. Loving your space, whether it’s a dorm room, a drab office, or a tired living room, is super important because it effects the space’s energy. Good energy can help you de-stress and can even make you feel more productive and content. These three quick tips are my favorite ways to turn around even the most tired room:
1) Clean out!
I would totally recommend starting out your journey to good energy by reading the book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. She says that you should get rid of anything that doesn’t bring you joy and it’s so true! This book totally gave me a new perspective on cleaning out and keeping my place organized.
It’s a must read!
2) Add a pop of color!
For a little pizzazz that can brighten up any room, check out bluebellgray for amazing home goods! Munchkin, Giggles, and I are especially obsessed with bluebellgray’s eye-catching floral prints, like this fab pillow!

I love this photo of me and my hubby, Rick, from when he proposed to me and it always makes me happy whenever I see it!
