I’m turning up the healthy heat for 2015

I have been a lazy bum about my health for way too long. I have been eating whatever I want for years, and, unfortunately, it just isn’t working for me anymore.

It’s hard because I want to have all the energy to chase my handsome hubby (aka the energizer bunny)

And my gorgeous friends and family all around town

But it’s gotten to a place where I’m just tired all the time and I never know how I’m going to feel.

My lifestyle of events, traveling, and random opportunities doesn’t allow for me to be in the place I am with my health. Plus, I’m just too young to feel like crap all the time!

So, my plan for 2015 is to get a healthy diet that makes me feel amazing with tons of energy. Because I truly believe that in order to live the red carpet, you have to feel great. If you don’t feel good it will affect your mood and ability to do all the amazing things that life has for you.

And, after all, health is the new wealth!
