3 Tips to Fabulous Skin

Summer can be hard on your skin, from the sun’s rays to the stress of running from event to event. Luckily, the cure for any summertime blues is to treat yourself (and your skin) with these three tips!

1) Book a Spa Day

One of Rachel’s tried and true tips for looking refreshed and staying relaxed is to make time for a facial. So, if you start feeling strained or you just want some “me” time, check out Rachel’s favorite Ultimate Vitamin Therapy facial at the beautiful Larchmont Sanctuary Spa. Between the reparative algae mask and the spa’s skin care specialists, even the most damaged skin will leave ready for close-ups! Plus, while you’re there, you can’t forget to give your feet some love too! The pedicures at the Larchmont Sanctuary Spa are lovely as you can see so it’s no surprise that it is one of the best spas in Los Angeles!

2) Give Your Face a Break

If you’re always on the go, it can be tough to keep your skin healthy. Skipping makeup for a few days can make all the difference in the world though! Take it from Rachel, who has been known to schedule all of her meetings on the same days so she can give her skin a break from makeup on days she works from home.

3) Try Clinique’s Acne Spot Treatment

Rachel also LOVES Clinique’s Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel. For the occasional, inevitable breakout, this clearing gel works wonders. No matter how frazzled you might feel, this gel can treat even the worst stress-induced breakouts to keep you looking cool and refreshed.

Being fabulous is important on the inside and on the outside, so always remember to give yourself (and your skin) a break!

Stay fabulous, loves!
